Cancel or skip anytime
You can skip a month or cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date. Contact us and we'll stop the next payment. There are no cancellation fees.
Cooling-off period
Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel your membership within 7 days of joining, or within 7 days of receiving your first watch, without giving a reason. Return the unused watch in its original packaging and we'll refund your payment.
Faulty watches
Every watch is genuine and covered by the Consumer Protection Act. If your watch is faulty, contact us within 6 months of delivery and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
Yearly memberships
If you cancel a yearly membership after the cooling-off period, we refund the months you haven't received yet, less [the 10% yearly saving on months already sent].
